waiting no more...we are having a baby BOY! we had our ultrasound today and everything looks perfect. we were both a little shocked to see that little wee-wee...but it was pointing straight up for the world to see! he weighs 12 oz. and is as healthy as can be. praise Jesus! the ultrasound was way better than the one we had with kyri. they had it up on this huge flat screen on the wall so we could really see all of the details. they had infrared on the umbilical cord, showing the blood flow...amazing. were were just in awe. after our appointment, kevin and i were able to go on a lunch date to lucille's barbecue. so yummy! we shared a huge plate of ribs and devoured them. this little boy was pretty content with such a manly meal. i'm going to have a boy. i'm going to have a boy. maybe if i keep repeating it, it will really sink in. kevin is a pretty proud daddy. we love him so much already and can't wait to see his precious face! kyri is going to have a baby brother and couldn't be happier. this little man is going to be so very loved. now let the shopping, preparation, and nesting begin...bring on the blue!

Oh it is sooo exciting. Brett has 7 sisters I know he will be freaking out if I can give him a boy. Congrats!!

We so love this little boy already! So happy for your little family! Jacob was really excited - he predicted that you would be having a boy.
it truly is so exciting. girls are oh so special (especially to their mommies), but there's something so unique about a father and son connection. i don't know what it is. congratulations. how fun to get to decorate in colors other than pink, purple and yellow!
Congrats! I have more than enough boy stuff- so let me know if you need anything (seriously, have an entire tub full of boy clothes I am not using for little Henry).
We can't wait to meet baby boy Hornacek and already know he is going to be sooo precious!
