we met at the new
fountains shopping center in roseville for playgroup today...it is so beautiful there! there is a huge fountain in the middle that is going to music. they also have a play structure that is fenced in and floor fountains for the kids to play in. the shops are not all open yet, but it is going to be such a fun place to window shop and eat at once it is all finished! there is a whole foods (opens in november...can't wait!), dining, and lots of cute places to shop. its a little out of our price range, but i love that they have a great place for kids to play...awesome idea! the kids had a great time playing today. kyri's favorite was the bouncy ladybug! ok, i just have to say that kyri and ava look like such big girls in this picture (above)...they are both such beautiful little ladies! the fountains will definitely be a place our playgroup will meet at again. so many moms and little kids...it must be a hot spot!
after playgroup, kyri and i headed to the mall, which is just across the street. we needed to go shoe shopping for my little girl...and look what we found! these adorable
lands' end pink strawberry boots at sears were on sale for $11 and i just couldn't resist! kyri loves loves loves to wear boots and her boots from last year are too small. these are a little big and should last her even through next year. she was so excited to put them on when we got home! i'm pretty sure she will want to wear these any time we go anywhere...and when we are just hangin' out at home. i also bought her a pair of brown reebok tennies for the winter and pink flip-flops for next summer...all three pairs were only $32 total! i love bargain shopping and finding good deals. buying shoes for kyri is always a challenge because of her wide feet so when i find shoes that fit, that are cute, and a good price, i can't pass them up. finding these boots was just so delightful! i'm such a sucker for cute, girly shoes for my kyri!
