kyri has been sick for the past three days with a very yucky cough. it has been really difficult for her to sleep during her nap and at bedtime. last night she had a 102 fever. i hate seeing my baby sick. with the whole scare over child cold medicine and being removed from the store shelves, we have turned to natural remedies. there really is no need to give a small child cold medicine. it is so much better for their body to let it run its course. i have been giving kyri ALJ, which is a bronchial and respiratory support formula, which my friend gentry introduced me to. kyri actually doesn't mind the taste when its mixed with milk. i was blessed with a child who loves taking medicine, no matter what the taste. i have been really trying to stay away from any over the counter medicines for kyri and trying to only put natural products in her body. i have never really been one to use herbal supplements, but i have so many friends now that can help me and introduce me to products that work for them. what a blessing it is too because i only want what is best for my child and for my family. for all of you moms out there, if you haven't tried hyland's teething tablets for your little ones, they are wonderful! they melt in their mouth and are 100% natural. and they work!i sure do hope this cough passes soon...cold season is no fun.
